Ok, I gotta hear more about this pork braising and the Riesling. What cut of pork do you use? I'm with you on it being time for hearty meals - I made a scrumptious beef ragu that cooked for almost four hours on Sunday. It was great for dinner then, and even better for leftovers tonight. Anyway, if you get a chance I'd love to know how you do the pork.
