I was forbidden from gathering dandelion greens from our lawn this year, even though my husband *knows* that they are included in the supermarket's salad mix. No ramps to be found at Price Chopper. Are they sold at farm markets up here? Maybe every last ramp is shipped to one or another glittering metropolis. Like an experience I once had trying to find a piece of fresh fish for dinner in coastal Nova Scotia - it was all for export! Mas sounds loverly!
